RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please ensure to fully read all descriptions, we have many different options/variations of items available and show all details in pictures.
Should you have any questions about a product or its individual features, please get in touch with us under info@avbagcreations.ch before you placing an order.
If you are not happy with your custom item, please get in touch, so we can find a solution to satifsy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.
RETURN
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in original box, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service at info@avbagcreations.ch first. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Shipping for the return cannot be reimbursed unless the parcel or item arrived damaged at yours.
DAMAGED PACKAGING
All items are carefully and securely packed before they are sent to you. Should an item arrive damaged at your end, please take pictures of the damaged parcel in max. 5 days and contact us.
No returns can be accepted if any item has been altered, used or damaged by the customer.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return and refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
